A certificate creates certainty
phil can officially claim the HEALTH CLAIM health seal for itself. We are a little proud that our oil not only tastes great but also officially proves its positive and health-promoting effects. This EU certificate may only be used for oils that contain at least 5mg hydroxytyrosol. A daily consumption of up to 20 mg of phil olive oil binds antioxidants, lowers blood pressure and has a strong anti-inflammatory effect.
Laboratory analysis
phil’s organic olive oil is analyzed every year and contains up to 861 mg/kg of total biophenols (as tyrosol), according to the HPLC method approved by the International Olive Council. Incidentally, most olive oils in the world contain less than 150 mg/kg of polyphenols. This is what makes our olive oil so valuable to the human body.
